Power of Attorney Forms & Advice
Powers of Attorney
A Power of Attorney is an essential planning tool which allows people you trust, to make decisions on your behalf, if future illness or accident prevents you from managing your own affairs. Our simple on-line service delivers cost effective complete Powers of Attorney, and the means to register these, and may avoid the need for complex and costly court applications to be made in the future.
You can use our try before you buy facility to preview the service with no financial commitment.
Use our Power of Attorney advisor to help you quickly choose what's best for you.

We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and as a leading UK law firm you can rely upon our depth of knowledge and expertise. It's an unfortunate fact, but people can become unable to manage their affairs at any stage of life. Whether accident, sickness or mental illness is the cause, managing bank accounts, paying bills and even simple personal care may become impossible without assistance.
There are essentially two forms of Power of Attorney: a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) and a General Power of Attorney (GPA). The latter cannot be used if the person becomes mentally incapable; instead its purpose is to let someone temporarily manage their general affairs (e.g. sign their cheques to pay the bills).
