This document records the sale of goods by a private individual (i.e. a person not acting in the ordinary course of business). The agreement will record the price of the goods and make a formal acknowledgement that either the moneys have been paid for the item, or that a deposit has been paid and acknowledge the amount still outstanding. It allows any warranties or guarantees to be entered, if applicable.
